Registration Terms and Conditions

• All Registration must be completed on the official website.
• Participants are strongly encouraged to register before the early registration to take advantage of the discounted registration fees.
• All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€)
• Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.

Payment will be available by Credit card and Bank Transfer

• Credit cards are accepted and can be made through the online services on a secured server.

Bank transfer

• Bank charges must be paid by the participants in addition to the registration fees. Please make sure to indicate the Congress name plus the full participant’s name.
• Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process.
• Enter the desired billing address – you can either use your main contact information or use an alternative address (e.g., if your institution is funding your registration).

 Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Request for cancellation of the registration should be made to by email to maireinfra27@civil.uminho.pt
• Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.

Refund Policy

The amount returned to the Participant depends on the date of cancellation and is reduced by the costs incurred by the Organiser:

• Cancellations by 15^th May 2027: refund of the registration fee less 30,00 € administrative charge applies
• From from 15^th May 2027: No refund

Participant's absence at the conference is not the basis for refund of the Conference fee.

Transfer Policy

• The registration can be replaced by another participant from the same institution, sending your request to maireinfra27@civil.uminho.pt

Privacy Policy

• Any personal data inserted in the registration form will be of sole use to the MAIREINFRA27

Cancellation of the Meeting

• The MAIREINFRA27 reserves the right to cancel the meeting, shift venue, or change dates without notice, in case of "force majeure". Neither MAIREINFRA27 nor the PCO shall be liable for any damage claims (including without limitation, war, strikes, floods, governmental restrictions, power, telecommunications or internet failures, or malicious damage).

Liability Waiver

The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. The MAIREINFRA27 organizers are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so.

However, as an attendee, participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel, health, and cancellation insurance in the unfortunate case of having to cancel the meeting participation and/or travel and/or hotel accommodation because of illness or other (personal) circumstances. Neither MAIREINFRA27, the board meeting nor the Local Organizing Committee or any of their officers, agents, employees or representatives assume any liability whatsoever.
